Consent for the Processing of Personal Data
By agreeing to this document, I confirm my consent for Seychelles Property Management to process my personal data, including collection, storage, updating, use, transfer (including cross-border transfer solely for the purposes of providing real estate rental, property sales, and travel-related services), blocking, anonymization, and deletion.
Seychelles Property Management guarantees full confidentiality of all personal information received and processes personal data exclusively for the fulfillment of bookings, contracts, and other obligations towards clients.
If necessary, I consent to the transfer of my personal data to the company’s partners, including property developers, real estate agencies, transportation and travel service providers, and other parties essential to the execution of my request. All partners are required to ensure data protection under conditions equivalent to the Seychelles Property Management Privacy Policy.
The personal data covered by this consent includes:
- Full name;
- Email address;
- Postal address and residential address;
- Contact phone number;
- Payment details;
- Passport details (if required for contracts, bookings, or travel arrangements).
This consent is valid for an unlimited period.
Withdrawal of consent will result in the deletion of my account from the company’s systems and the destruction of personal data, which may make it impossible to continue using the services of Seychelles Property Management.
I confirm that the information provided is complete, accurate, and truthful, and that its submission does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties. All information has been provided personally by me.
This consent is valid for the entire period of personal data storage unless otherwise required by applicable law.
